This study focuses on the relationships between employees’ financial stress, emotional health, and work absenteeism. The Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change (TTM) was used as the framework for the study. Financial distress and emotional health were measured using the Personal Financial Wellness Scale (PFW). The research concludes with the proposed option of financial education to reduce financial distress and worker absenteeism.
